Romara was a Bajoran who lived on Terok Nor during the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor.
In 2366, Romara was arrested and placed in a holding cell for an unknown crime. While in the holding cell, Romara and several other Bajorans were informed by Odo that they would be transferred to Cardassian authorities on Bajor for interrogation. (DS9: "Things Past")
