Pelin was a Bajoran who lived on Terok Nor during the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor.
In 2366, Pelin was arrested and placed in a holding cell. While in the holding cell, Pelin and several other Bajorans were informed by Odo that they would be transferred to Cardassian authorities on Bajor for interrogation. (DS9: "Things Past")
