General Hazar was an flag officer in the Bajoran Militia.
In 2370, General Hazar ordered Militia forces to not allow any Skrreean vessels to land on the surface of Bajor. Deep Space 9 personnel contacted Hazar when the Skreean boy Tumak attempted to run the blockade; Hazar ordered his forces to stand down, but he was too late to prevent the Skreean ship from being destroyed. (DS9: "Sanctuary")
Hazar was played by Michael Durrell.
Hazar had a card in the Star Trek CCG Second Edition pack which suggested he was a former leader of Bajoran resistance.
