Barlow was a male Terran Imperial Starfleet officer of the 23rd century.
In the 2250s, he was a member of Captain Gabriel Lorca's rebel force. After the rebellion was defeated, Barlow was captured and held captive aboard the Imperial flagship ISS Charon.
He was used later as a bargaining chip by Captain Maddox when the captain was attempting to force Lorca into naming his sister, who been killed by Lorca. When that did not work, Maddox poisoned Barlow with the DNA of the Comtaxan parasite. Barlow was brutally vaporized by the poison. (DIS: "Vaulting Ambition")
Barlow was played by Billy MacLellan.
