GTVA Full race addon

This mod comes subspacing in from the FreeSpace universe.

In the FreeSpace universe our part of the galaxy is inhabited by two races, the Terrans and the Vasudans. On their first contact they kicked off a war that would eventually last fourteen years, and require the very real threat of annihilation from an ancient race that did a credible job of wiping both the Terran Alliance and the Vasudan Imperium out. Countless races had been wiped out by this race, dubbed the "Shivans" by the Terran Alliance. The alliance of the Terrans and the Vasudans and the huge navies built up during the war barely allowed them to survive with the help of records left by a previous civilization wiped out by the Shivans thousands of years before.

After fighting off the Shivans in what would later be called "The great war" the two governments put aside their differences and worked towards peaceful coexistence. By the time of the second Shivan incursion thirty three years later the two great powers, once enemies had become firm allies.

This race includes the ships of both the GTA and the GVN, now unified under the single command structure put in place previously. This also includes the GTVA Colossus, the largest space faring warship ever constructed and a monument to the ongoing power of the alliance.

Is this an addon for the Freespace 2 Total Conversion mod, or is a regular armada 2 mod containing files from the Freespace mod?

These two releases are the invidual races. They were supposed to go up at the same time as the main one, but the reviewer best suited for it has been a bit busy lately. They're more intended for those who perhaps only liked one of the races and could include that. This has absolutely nothing extra than that contained within the main download

I was thinking of just adding the Shivans, so I cud make up a Shivan Incursion storyline up (shivans have built a rift that travels to different dimensions), then sending it to someone.

It's a shame my whole GTVA side crashes
