The film Star Trek: Nemesis was well known among Trek fans for four very, very important things which happened:

- the last film (to date) to feature the Next Generation crew,
- the first look at the mysterious race,
- the terrifying Scimitar, enemy dreadnought,
- the first time Romulans have fought WITH Starfleet since, well, possibly ever.

Nobody's touched the Scimitar in a good long time, with the exception of the recent Reman Rebellion full race addon (which is really, really good). Now k_merse gives us both the Scimitar and the Norexan class Imperial Romulan Warbird Valdore, both seen in Nemesis.

And has he ever done both Shinzon and Commander Donatra proud. The results are pretty spectacular, and totally worth the otherwise outsize download. Most of the size of what you get (in a fancy self-extractor) is new sound files for the Scimitar AND for the Valdore. All that in addition to all the normal stuff you'd expect in a mod like this, like wireframes and admiral's log pics. The Star Empire should be proud.

The only downside? No new special weapons. Both the Valdore and Scimitar rely exclusively on stock weapons. And the Scimitar hits well below the belt compared to what you might expect from the Enterprise-E's technical readouts in the film. She's a predator, all right.

Dominion War anyone?

Yeah, but I don't recall them doing very much, it was mostly the Klingons and Federation. I may be wrong.

yeah most of the shots were with the klingon/starfleet ships, they were just background eye candy.

I like these two ships, the graphics are spot on , and the voices are nice too Rock. I tweeked them a bit, I added phase shift to the scimitar . I also added holo emitter and detect cloak to the valdore .
