This is my interpretation of a ST-Phase2 D-7 variant, the K'Talla class.
The K'Talla class is the Phase2 version upgrade of the TOS D-7.
These ships have been rarely seen, as the next upgrade version, the K'Tinga, was entering service only view years after its introduction.
