This is a new texture, replacing the stock Defiant model, this is definately one of the best replacements for the Defiant around, taken from Bridge Commander. However the Poly count is very high.

[Information]

I have converted Nine of Nine's BC Defiant to Armada 2. The ship comes with Admirals Log Pic, buildbutton, changed odf and a new Photon Torpedo.

[Installation]

1. Unzip all files in your Armada II directory. This will replace the stock Defiant Class. Back up the old files if you wish.

2. Build the ship and enjoy!

I think it should say in the readme how many polygons are on any ship model. That way there's no confusion, and people with unfortunate computers could ignore it safe in the knowledge they'd need a new computer if they had DLed it.


I haven't replaced the models of any of the stock ships, for that simple reason : I want smooth play over pretty ships.

Um Tom just um... HOW MUCH DANG MEMORY DOES YOUR COMPUTER HAVE... to run all of your models on the screen you would need at least 100gigs of memory :o AND you would need Borg tech... ok maybe not borg, but still your models are INSANE... lets see what's next a 900,000 poly sov :o or do you want to make a 2.7 million poly akira, No wait I know a 8.5 million poly VENTURE CLass SCOUT... sorry to sound extreme but for your next one lets try to make it a smaller number :roll: Thank you
