This is a single file download of the much sought after Curry class cruiser for Armada 2. This ship is usually only found for Armada 1 and rarely seen in large mods, but now it comes with a full installer, wireframe, buildbutton, admirals log pic, and techtree mods, making this a full one-ship mod, done once again by Porty. A reccomended download for any fan of the federation.

Clean A2 Installation
--------------
For installation into a clean copy of Armada 2 simply run the .exe file and it will install itself quite happily.

Modded A2 Installation
--------------
To install into a modded version of Armada 2 you will need to do the following -

1) Run the .exe but change the path to a temporary folder

2) From the temporary folder move the files to the following locations -
fcurry.bmp ----------> C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II\bitmaps\AdmiralsLog\ShipImages
fcurry.odf ----------> C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II\odf\ships
fcurry.sod ----------> C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II\SOD
gbfcurry.tga ----------> C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II\Textures\RGB
excelsior1.tga ----------> C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II\Textures\RGB
excelsior2.tga ----------> C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II\Textures\RGB
fcurrywf.tga ----------> C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II\Textures\RGB

3) Open "tech1.tt" and insert the following line under Federation Ships
fcurry.odf 2 fyard.odf fresear.odf // cruiser5 (Curry class)

4) Open "fulltech.tt" and insert the following line
fcurry.odf 0

5) Open "gui_global.spr" and insert the following line under the "b_fspecial" entry
b_fcurry gbfcurry 0 0 64 64

6) Also in the "gui_global.spr" file, scroll down to the bottom of the Federation wireframes and inset the line
fcurryw1 fcurryWF 0 0 128 128

7) Open "fyard.odf" and insert the line
buildItem# = "fcurry"

(# = what position you want the button to appear in the yard)
(Be sure to change all the other build numbers if you put it into position 2 for example)

That should be it, you're ready to go!! :)

Notes
-------------
I did not create this model!! The model and texture are the work of 9 OF NINE and I merely extracted them from "Ghost's Compilation Mod" to make the ship available as a single release to the community in general. All credit for the model goes to 9 OF NINE, I have received permission from him to use his ships as long as the correct credit was given. :)

Permissions
-------------
If you wish to use this release in your mod that is fine with me, however please be sure to credit 9 OF NINE as the model creator!!
