Nice 'older' style of federation ship

How to add this to the game:

odf-files go into odf/ships folder
tga-files go into textures/RGB folder
SOD-files go into SOD folder

add this line into a shipyard buildlist:

buildItemXX = "Fakyazi" (XX= number of buildoption, 1-12)

add this line to tech1.tt and freetech.tt:

Fakyazi.odf 0

and add this to gui_global.spr under the other entries for fed ship buttons:

b_Fakyazi gbFakyazi 0 0 64 64

This looks like the NX01 mixed with the Enterprise-A and maybe a hint of Akira. Strange.

this is an FASA or SFB fan design, that was there before the Akira or the NX-01 have appeared in any Star Trek series or Movies

He based it on an offical starship design in the book "Ships of the Star Fleet: Akyazi-Class perimiter action ships". There are two sub-classes: The Arbiter sub-class, which is nearly identical to the Akyazi, and the Akula sub-class, which has a big deflector/Sensor pod sticking way out from the bottom of the ship. Wondering how I know all this? It could be... that I own the book!!! ;-)

This ship looks like a Nova starship crosed with a Acira class. Cool

A very nice ship in my opinion, it may look a little strange but it fit's in just right with the Constitution, Excelsior and Miranda classes. Very well done as always Terradyhne
