####Romulan Plasma Weapon by 8of5####

This is my version of the plasma weapon seen in 'Balance of Terror' It is basically just a
modified Klingon plama weapon, it can take out anything, as it is very powerful, one shot
of this and enemy can lose anything from a constructionship, to a TFC!

To install you have to put plasmaw, and gplasmaw in the odf/special weapons directory
qui_global in the sprites folder
and tech1 in the techtrees directory
Then all you have to do is put the lines:
// Heated Plasma
weapon3 = "gplasmaw"
weaponHardpoints3 = "hp01"
preferable on a Romulan Bird of Pray but the chose is up to you, as long the
ship has 1000 special energy and I sujest you give it a low recharge rate
otherwise the enemy dont stand a chance.
