Some information on the mod:
This bomb is a mass destruction weapon. The shockwave radius is as bigger as more latium is loaded in the bomb and the damage done to a ship or station is a bigger as longer it stays in the shockwave.
The weapon exploses if the self destruction is activate or the bomb is destroyed by enemy fire. The bomb has no engines, so you have to pull it with an tractorbeam.



Steps to install
----------------

1.Copy any .SOD files into the SOD directory.
2.Copy any .tga files into the Textures\RGB directory.
3.Copy latbomb.odf into the ODF\ships diretory.
4.Go to odf\stations search for fyard.odf open fyard and add
buildItemX = "latbomb" were you can see that line:
//Construction Parameters
5.Copy any .bmp into bitmaps\AdmiralsLog\ShipImages directory.
6.Go the techtree and open tech1.tt and add

latbomb.odf 0


now do the same thing
with fulltech.tt
7. Open the file gui_global.spr
and add

b_latbomb gblatbomb 0 0 64 64

were it says
# Federation build buttons
@reference=64
@tmaterial=default

then go to were it says

# # Federation wireframes

@reference=256


and add

latbombw1 wlatbomb 0 0 48 48
latbombw2 wlatbomb 48 0 48 48
latbombw3 wlatbomb 48 0 48 48
latbombw4 wlatbomb 48 0 48 48
latbombw5 wlatbomb 48 0 48 48

this is a great weapon. I myself put engines on it because I didnt like to tow it around.

Well, you could of couse make a special mining vessel that blows up... then it wouldn't look as bad as a metal brick flying around...

hm, i haven't dl'ed this, but, what is the highest the armada 2 game can put into a ship? i mean, 99,999? 999,999? if you put 999,999 in, anything in its range would be disintigrated proablly, making you loose and win at the same time!

The enemy is defeated when this bomb detonates.I increased the level for litinium to 10000.It destroys evrything on its way.

YOU MEAN YOU GUYS HAVE NEVER TAKEN A MINING FREIGHTER, BOOSTED ITS HOLD TO AS HIGH AS YOU COULD AND THEN JUST SENT IT TO THE ENEMY BASE???

yup...a freighter filled to the brim with latinum does the same thing...you can even go in and change the file to make it do even more damage per the amount carried...i love damage modifiers...lol


still if u feel responsible for the crew of the freighters i suppose this would work too...lol 10/10
