The pics should explain some info of what this patch is about. It just changes the waves to diplay Dominion's famous Quotes from the DS9 series....

Very nice concept, but I wonder if it is possible to change the caption to the language that Jem'hadar speaks. I don't know if any written record exists, that's the problem. I know you sort of took this idea from the weapon enhancer of Klingon designs, and if at all possible, it would be a vast improvement if you could do something of that nature, except not write the caption in plain english. However, this is still a cool mod, 8/10.
