Romulan Phase Cloak

Hi, Gee-funk here. I just made this mod because I felt that the romulans were underrated and this will give them an advantage and hopefully become more noticable in the game.

This mod includes a phase cloak for all Romulan vessels and the major Romulan stations. If it doesn't work, I don't care.

Install
To install just put into the designated Star Trek Armada II folders and that's it, no Gui_global junk and what-not.
