Basicly, all this does is let you use phase cloak as a normal cloak. I just changed it so it wouldn't take any special energy to use.

You have to actually change or add the phase cloak on any ship you want.
THIS DOES NOT DO IT FOR YOU. AND... This is my first mod and I don't want you to judge me to harshly.

All you have to to is go to your Star Trek Armada II dirctory, then into odf, then insert the file into the Special Weapons and replase existing file.
