ODF Mod (Fed)
Simplistic to the utmost, this mod offers tractor beams on stock Fed starships. That's it. No new models, no new weapons (unless you count the tractor beams as weapons). The author didn't even modify ship names.
This promises to be a preview of a new mod yet to come. If I had to guess, the tractor beam plays an important role in that mod, since it seems to be the only offered improvement.
File this one under "anyone can do this". 
Just put the ships folder in the odf folder loactie in C:Program FilesActivisionStar Trek Armada II.
