Simple defense. Build some steamrunner vessles (18 or so) or corresponding for other race and aim them at the wormhole. No enemy ship can penetrate your base. Build yourself a big armada and any damaged ship that did make it trhough has no change against you.


Must say the idee of 'eyes in the dark is a good concept, but maybe you could have made a bigger nebula area and placed the wormhloes out of the steamrunners range.
