Class Y planet

Steps to install
----------------

1.Copy any .SOD files into the SOD directory.
2.Copy any .tga files into the Textures\\RGB directory.
3.Copy PB_CLSSY.odf into the ODF\\stations diretory.
4.Copy ResourcePlanetY.odf and ep_stand2.odf
into the ODF\\other diretory
5.Open other\\e_planet.odf and add

buildItem3 = \"ep_stand2\"
Now these planet can be put on any map with the map editor.(planets[F10]-more planets[F3])
